SHIPPING DELIVERY
We ship most of the countries! For the domestic (U.S) orders will be mainly shipped from our U.S warehouse while the international orders will be shipped from Europe, United Kingdom, Canada depending on the destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are pleased to offer returns and exchanges for orders placed on lobor.com within a 30-day return/exchange window. Orders are eligible for a full refund, minus a non-refundable restocking fee of $10. Please note that standard or expedited shipping fees, as well as customized orders, are non-refundable.
All returned items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, including the original watch box, unworn leather straps (without wrinkles), the tamper-evident label, and the original shipping materials.
Customers must return their orders to one of the designated warehouses listed below at their own expense. The exact address will be provided upon submission of a return request.
- Email us at sales@lobor.com with your order number.
- Our customer support will send you the return instruction within 48 hours.
- Return the order with your choice of carrier. Simply use the same shipping materials that your order came in. Remove any previous labels and securely tape the new shipping label onto your package.
- Provide us with the tracking number when you return it.
- A full refund minus a non-refundable restocking fee of $10 will be refunded to the original form of payment.

We can only accept the exchange if the item is unused and new condition. For additional questions, email us at sales@lobor.com and we’ll help you out.
WARRANTY & REPAIR
Our timepieces are made according to the high-quality standards of LOBOR Watches. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement.
The warranty for a LOBOR timepiece is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.
If you experience any damage to your watch that is considered to be covered by our warranty, you can contact our customer service team by sending an email request sales@lobor.com to receive the further help. We are very happy to help you fix it as soon as possible.
Batteries fitted in our timepieces are expected to last between 2 to 3 years depending on external factors such as, but not limited to: external temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.
Please set the time to 12:00 sharp and check that the crown is pushed in, completely, against the watch case. Wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved. If this does not resolve the issue, kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
